What is our billing policy?

The Leavitt Center does not offer month-to-month classes, but all students will need to pay for the entire season in which they are enrolled. Classes require signing up for auto-pay with a card or ACH information in order to enroll. This does not mean your card/account will be charged immediately. With auto-pay, you will be charged for any registration fees, class supply fees, and first month's tuition with your first payment. Monthly tuition will be deducted on the first of every month in the season.

If you would like to pay in full, you will still need to enroll in autopay in order to be added to the class, then contact the office and you will be able to pay in full with cash, check or card. No monthly autopay will be charged as there will be no balance on your account. Any payments made with ACH or card will include a minimal service fee.

Please contact us with any questions about charges, payments, or payment options.
